    Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner

    1/4

    cup packed brown sugar

    1

    tablespoon paprika

    1

    teaspoon seasoned salt

    1/2

    teaspoon black pepper

    1/4

    teaspoon onion powder

    3 1/2

    pounds baby back pork ribs

    1 1/2

    cups barbecue sauce, divided

OPEN slow cooker liner and place it inside a 5- to 6 1/2-quart slow cooker bowl. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl; pull top of liner over rim of bowl.

MIX brown sugar, paprika, seasoned salt, pepper and onion powder; rub mixture into ribs. Cut ribs into 4-rib sections. Place ribs in slow cooker liner. Pour 1/2 cup barbecue sauce over ribs. Place lid on slow cooker.

COOK on LOW for 5 to 6 hours OR on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Remove ribs using tongs or large spatula. Using ladle or large plastic spoon, remove and discard juices. Place ribs back into slow cooker liner; pour remaining barbecue sauce over ribs. Cook additional hour or until sauce is heated.

CAREFULLY remove lid to allow steam to escape. Serve ribs directly from slow cooker liner. Do not lift or transport liner with food inside. Cool slow cooker completely; remove liner and toss.

REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: Add 8 oz. can crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, undrained, to the last addition of barbecue sauce before pouring over ribs. /span
