    Chocolate Flowers
    by Hatch Family Chocolates

    * Take assorted sizes of balloons, small sizes
    * Molding chocolate
    * Baking spray


    Heat chocolate in microwave in :30 intervals, stirring until you have a smooth consistency, not too hot or runny
    Stirl the chocolate into dipping bowls
    Spray the balloons, and wipe off excess
    Dip the balloons into chocolate
    Lay them on a tray
    Tray an be set in the refridgerator for quicker cooling and setting
    Once the chocolate is set
    Pop balloon and it makes a chocolate flower

    These chocolate flowers can be used as "flower bowls" they will show examples of how it can be used as a dessert cup
