    Goat cheese Panna Cotta

    With Balsamic Strawberries

    Panna Cotta-
    1 ½ cups goat cheese
    2/3 cups granulated sugar
    ½ cup yogurt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    7 ea gelatin sheets
    4 cups heavy cream

    1. Bring cream to simmer with granulated sugar.
    2. Add gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
    3. Combine goat cheese, yogurt, and vanilla in mixer. Whip until smooth.
    4. With mixer on low, slowly pour hot cream mixture over whipped goat cheese mixture. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
    5. Portion panna cotta mixture into bowl or any other mold to chill.
    6. Chill until fully set.

    Balsamic Strawberries-
    ½ cu p balsamic vinegar
    ¼ cup granulated sugar
    ½ tsp allspice
    1 pint strawberries

    1. Combine vinegar and sugar with allspice. Bring to boil and simmer until slightly thickened.
    2. Chill mixture until almost ready to serve.
    3. Quarter strawberries and cover with vinegar mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve.
