Strawberry Freeze

12 Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz frozen berry juice concentrate, thawed*
1 cup crushed strawberries
8 oz cool whip, thawed
1 cup strawberries, halved (optional)



Recipe



1. Place cookies on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer on medium speed until blended.
3. Gradually add juice concentrate, beating well after each addition. Stir in strawberries. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cookies in pan.
4. Freeze several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer and let stand in refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving. Top with halved strawberries, if desired.

Makes 16 servings.

*Prepare using your favorite flavor of frozen juice or drink concentrate, such as raspberry, lemonade, grape, fruit punch or pink lemonade.
