    6-8 oz Seedless Raspberry Jam
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    2-1/4 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup butter
    1 cup white chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    1. Let butter soften, then mix in all ingredients except the jam.

    2. Reserve 1-1/2 cups of the mixture.

    3. Press the remaining pastry mixture into a 9 inch baking pan. Pat jam on top being careful to keep the jam 1/2 inch away from the edge of the pan.

    4. Sprinkle reserved mixture on top.

    5. Bake 40-50 minutes or until light brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
