    A recipe for Frikadellen with ground turkey

    Ingredients

    8 oz ground turkey or ground chicken
    0.25 cups seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg



    Directions
    Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Knead until just combined and form small balls.
    Spray non-stick skillett with cooking spray and fry until done.

    Makes 4-8 meatballs, depending on how large you want them to be. I calculate 4oz of raw meat per person, so I get 2 servings.
