    Carne Picada Burritos

    List of Ingredients

    2 tbsp.canola oil
    1 medium yellow onion, peeled and diced
    1 lb stew meat or brisket
    2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    2 tsp. H&H spice salt (recipe follows)
    6 large flour tortillas

    H&H Spice Salt:
    2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. Garlic salt


    Recipe

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.

    Cut beef into 1/2" dice. Add beef and jalapenos to onions, increase heat to high, and brown meat for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, and H&H spice salt, adding more if needed.

    To serve, wrap in warm flour tortillas.
