    Did you know - Kebob

The term Kebab refers to a variety of grilled/broiled meat
dishes in Middle Eastern cuisine and South Asian cuisine. Kebabs
usually consist of lamb and beef, but chicken, Pork or fish
    can be used.

Historically the origin of the term kebabs to the ancient
Middle Eastern cooks. In a land where fuel was scarce, this was
a very efficient way to cook meat or game. Small pieces of meat
(smaller the cut, faster they cook) threaded on skewers(Sword)
would have required very little fire. The recipes and combinations
    are endless.

Kebabs can be prepared in advance, making it a perfect for
entertaining a crowd while keeping you out of the kitchen so
you can enjoy it. You can even make dessert kebabs. It is easy
to make shish kebabs at home, and could become a mainstay in
    your home.
