    Two 8-oz apples, cored, halved
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 400° F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place apple halves, cut-sides up, on prepared baking sheet. In small bowl, combine syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon; pour evenly over apples. Bake 12-15 minutes, until apples are tender.
    Makes 4 servings
