    1 1/2 c jicama, pared and cubed (8 oz.)
    1 lrg cucumber, sliced
    1 orange, peeled and cubed
    2 T lemon juice
    3/4 t chili powder

    Recipe



    In a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange. Sprinkle
    with lemon juice and chili powder; toss. Cover and chill at
    least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Makes 4 servings.

    Nutritional information: 188 calories, 1 g fat, 5 g protein,
    45 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 34 mg sodium, 16 g fiber.
