    semi-sweet mini-morsels add a little fat but also add flavor"

    List of Ingredients




    NO-FAT OATMEAL COOKIES


    3 cups quick oats -- at room temperature
    2/3 cup flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup light corn syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup egg substitute

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients. Stir syrup, vanilla, and egg substitute together. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in walnuts and/or mini-morsels if desired. Place tablespoon-sized dollops on a cookie sheet that has been lightly greased with canola oil.
    Bake in 350ºF oven for 10 minutes.


    Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 1698 Calories; 14g Fat (7.3% calories from fat); 22g Protein; 381g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 2mg Cholesterol; 1433mg Sodium. Exchanges: 4 Grain(Starch); 2 Lean Meat; 1 1/2 Fat; 21 Other Carbohydrates.

    NOTES : I substituted a diabetic and regular sugar mixture for the white and brown sugar and they were good cookies. This would cut down on the carbs.
