    Holiday Pineapple Cheese Bars

    Makes about 1-1/2 dozen bars

    Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS® Macadamias
    1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup BAKER'S® ANGEL FLAKE® Coconut
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS® Macadamias
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

    Prep 20 minutes
    Bake 18 minutes

    BEAT 1/4 cup butter and brown sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and finely chopped macadamia nuts; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.

    DRAIN pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.

    BEAT cream cheese, reserved liquid, granulated sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in pineapple. Pour over crust.

    SPRINKLE with combined coconut, coarsely chopped macadamia nuts and melted butter.

    BAKE 18 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars
