    (serves 4)
    Marinade:
    1/2 cup Bourbon
    1 tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tbsp freshly cracked pepper
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 small onion, finely diced

    4 beef tenderloin or rib eye steaks

    Recipe



    1) Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.

    2) With a sharp knife, pierce the meat about 20 times on each side, making
    sure not to cut through.

    3) Marinate the meat, covered, at room temperature for 4 hours, stirring
    often.

    4) Grill the steaks over a barbecue or indoor grill, basting with remaining
    marinade.
