    Ginger Grilled Tenderloin

    Servings: 6

    Minutes of cook time: 15






    Ingredients:
    2 whole pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
    2 cups dry white wine OR chicken broth
    4 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Instructions:
    Marinate pork slices in ginger, cilantro, teriyaki and pepper for
    one hour. Drain pork from marinade and stir-fry quickly in hot oil.
    Saute artichoke pieces in butter until lightly browned. Toss pork,
    potatoes, artichokes and onions with Dressing. Refrigerate. Service:
    Arrange salad on greens-lined plates. Dressing: Mix together well
    3/4 cup rice vinegar, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup chopped
    chives, 2 tablespoons chopped gherkins, 3 chopped anchovies, 1
    tablespoon capers, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 cup olive oil, 2
    teaspoons curry powder and salt & pepper to taste.
