    Grilled Juicy Burgers

    Shape into patties depending on how thick you enjoy your burgers.

    1 can (11.5 oz.) V-8 vegetable juice
    3 white sandwich bread slices, torn into pieces
    3 lb. ground round or ground chuck
    1 large egg
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    8 to 12 hamburger buns
    Butter Flavored cooking spray
    See Note:

    Microwave vegetable juice in glass bowl at HIGH 1 minute. Add bread pieces;
    let cool.
    Combine, using hands.
    Combine vegetable juice mixture, ground round, and next 3 ingredients.
    Shape into 8 to12 patties.
    Grill patties, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° F) 6 to 8
    minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Cook well done but
    don't over cook
    Spray cut sides of the buns with cooking spray; place buns, cut sides down,
    on grill rack; grill 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hamburgers on buns.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.

    NOTE: I always add some garlic powder, worchestershire sauce, liquid
    smoke & black pepper BUT depending on taste I'm subject to add just
    about anything
