    Super Tender Beef Tips

    Ingedients –

    2-3 lbs Rump roast or lean stew meat cut into 1" cubes.
    1- medium onion chopped
    2- bell peppers deseeded and sliced in ½" long strips
    2-3 tablespoons Corn starch

    Recipe



    Preparation-
    1. Season meat with Steak Seasoning and Pepper ( Cheap stuff is fine)
    2. Brown the meat in the cooker with oil of your choice
    3. Add onions and peppers to meat and sauté till onions are clear.
    4. Add water to the cooker till it is 1" above meat
    5. Close the cooker, set the jiggler on top
    6. Place burner on medium, wait until jiggler starts to hiss rocking
    Back and forth. Adjust heat until rocking is once per second. Set timer
    For 12 minutes.
    7. When the time is up, turn off the heat. Wait till jiggler stops.
    8. Take pot to sink and pour water continuously on cooker until popup
    Valve falls.
    9. Remove jiggler (vent) and open cooker.
    10. Quickly combine the cornstarch in a half cup of water and mix well
    Until it looks like milk. Pour this into the pot and stir well in the
    Hot solution until broth thickens.
    11. Serve on rice or wide egg noodles with long asparagus and salad
    Sides.

    With practice you can prepare this entire meal in less than 45 minutes.
    Feeds 4-6 people.
