    Ingredients:

    1/2 pound Ground Beef

    1/2 pound ground veal or turkey

    2 eggs

    bread crumbs

    minced celery

    minced onion

    1 clove garlic

    rocatta cheese and parma

    salt pepper

    cooked in a tomato stock
