    Tip: When microwaving stuffed pork chops they don't need to be skewered shut with toothpicks. The filling will spread
    eventually spread into baking dish.

    List of Ingredients




    4 thick pork chops, (1 1/2 inches)

    Filling:

    2 apples. unpeeled, cored, chopped

    1/2 cup raisins

    3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs (from French bread)

    1 tbsp. brown sugar

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp ground cloves

    2 tbsp melted butter

    2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

    2 tbsp butter or margarine

    1 cup beef broth




    Recipe



    1.) Trim excess fat from pork chops. Make a slit to form a pocket in fat end of each pork chop.

    2.) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for filling. Let stand for a few minutes.Mix to blend.

    3.) Stuff each pork chop with a generous portion of stuffing. Place in a microsafe baking dish.

    4.) Brush with about 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce on top of pork chops. The sauce will give the pork chop a nicer

    colour also a richer flavour.

    5.) Cover with waxed paper.

    6.) Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (70%) power for about 15 minutes, turning dish once if oven is not a rotating one.

    7.) Pierce with fork to check doneness. When juices run clear. pork chops are done. Let stand for 5 minutes,

    covered.

    Garnish with apple wedges. Serve.
