    2 large apples -- peeled & sliced
    1/2 pound cooked turkey -- cut in strips
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup whipping cream
    2 tablespoons sherry
    4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Place apple slices in microwave safe dish, cover. Microwave on high for 1
    to 2 minutes or until apples start to turn translucent. Drain off any
    liquid. Arrange turkey strips over apple slices; cover and let stand.

    Melt butter in a 2-cup bowl, on high 15 to 20 seconds or until melted.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Gradually blend in cream.
    Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring
    halfway through. Stir in sherry & cheese; spoon over apples and turkey.
    Cover and microwave at medium for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated. Let
    stand 5 minutes.
