    Cinnamon Whippersnaps

    1 large pkg. lemon cake mix
    2 cup frozen whipped topping; thawed
    1 egg
    1 sifted powdered sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl mix BY HAND the cake mix, thawed
    topping and slightly beaten large egg.

    Mix together the cinnamon and powdered sugar.

    Drop by teaspoons into the powdered sugar mix and roll into balls. Place
    about 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 350
    degrees or until just light brown. Lift from sheet while hot with firm spatula.
    Be careful not to overbake. Cookie appears very soft even when done.
