    Cheddar Cheese Dog Cookies

    1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 pound margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 + 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 cup milk

    Recipe



    Cream room temperature cheese and margarine, add egg & garlic, mix well.

    Add flour, wheat germ & salt, mix well until it forms a dough, add milk and mix again.
    Chill 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 375-degrees.

    Roll dough on floured surface to 1/4", cut into shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 18 minutes.

    Yield: 35 servings
