Add a touch of wintry beauty to your Christmas
tree by painting the branches with this 'snowy'
mixture.
List of Ingredients
Two-thirds cup liquid starch
2 cups soap flakes or detergent
granules
2 to 4 tablespoons water
Blue food coloring
Recipe
In a medium-size bowl, mix together the liquid
starch and soap flakes, then add the water.
Beat with a rotary egg beater until the mixture
becomes very thick. With an eyedropper, add
the food coloring, beating until the 'snow' has an
icy-white color. After painting the snow on your
Christmas tree, add white glitter to give it a
crystalline appearance.
