    2 slices Panini bread

    1 tsp. olive oil

    2 TBS Gyro sauce

    6 slices pre-cooked lamb and beef

    Directions

    Set Panini grill to 360 degrees. Rub outside of both slices of Panini bread with olive oil. Place 1 TBS of Gyro sauce on each of the inside slices of the Panini bread. Add meat to the sandwich and place it inside the Panini grill for approx. 1-2 minutes until bread is crispy on the outside.

    Makes 1 Panini

    ¡¡

    Gyro Sauce

    2 TBS Sour Cream

    ¨ù tsp. Garlic Powder

    ¨ù tsp. Dry Dill

    ¨ù tsp. Salt

    1 tsp. Lime or Lemon Juice
