    Ingredients
    1½ cups béchamel sauce
    1 cup cooked peas
    1 large yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
    ½ cup gruyere cheese (grated)
    1½ cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
    3 cups macaroni pasta

    Method
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until tender. Strain pasta and mix all ingredients, except mozzarella, together and divide into six large oven proof bowls. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown on top.
