Shrimp Pasta
1.5 oz. Fresh Basil Garlic Butter
8 to 10 shrimp peeled & deveined
½ Cup Heavy Cream
1.5 Cups pasta cooked al dente
3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh Basil Garlic Butter
1 Lb. Butter
1- 3oz Pkg. Fresh basil (Stemmed)
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
6 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 dashes Crystal hot sauce
2 Tbsp white wine'
Melt butter over medium-low heat.
Add shrimp and cook over medium heat.
Add cream turn heat to medium high and stir or swirl to mix.
When mixture starts to simmer add cheese turn heat down to medium
And stir in cheese until it melts, add pasta, heat through and serve.
Fresh Basil Garlic Butter
Soften butter and place in mixing bowl.
Place garlic, basil, lemon zest & juice, hot sauce and wine in food processor and puree.
Ad S&P and puree to butter mix well.
For storage use air tight container and freeze.
