    Ham Steak with Raisin Sauce

    Serving Size : 4

    2 ham steaks -- (about 1 pound each)
    1 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 cup raisins


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with
    nonstick cooking
    spray.
    Place ham steaks in the baking dish. In a small bowl,
    combine apple
    juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, and raisins; mix
    well. Pour over ham
    steaks. Bake about 6 minutes. Turn ham steaks and bake 6 to
    9 more minutes,
    or until ham steaks are heated through and sauce is
    thickened. Cut ham steaks
    into serving-size portions and serve topped with raisin
    sauce.
