    Honey-Vanilla Glazed Pork Tenderloin

    1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Ground Mustard
    1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp salt


    Recipe

    Place pork tenderloin on rack in baking pan. Mix honey, vinegar, Vanilla
    Extract, pepper, Paprika, ground Mustard and salt. Brush meat with
    glaze. Roast in 375 degree F oven for 45 minutes, brushing with glaze
    every 10-15 minutes. Slice meat and serve. Makes 4 servings
