    Lucy Greer, Greer's Market

    Ingredients:
    4 lbs. pork steaks
    ¼ cup peanut oil
    1/3 cup honey
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
    5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 inch fresh ginger, grated
zest and juice of 1 lime
    ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
Place pork in a large plastic storage bag. Whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl to combine.
Pour marinade over pork. Let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
30 minutes prior to putting steaks on the grill, take steaks out of the refrigerator and allow to come
to room temperature on the counter.
Grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Internal temperature should be a minimum
    of 145 degrees.
To grill fresh pineapple: Begin by cutting the stalk off of a fresh pineapple. Cut the bottom off and
set the pineapple up. With a sharp knife, cut along the sides, taking the skin off. Cut the
pineapple into ½ inch slices. With a pairing knife, cut the core out of the center of each piece, as
it is hard to eat. Brush some of the pork marinade on each side of the pineapple and grill a few
minutes until browned. If you do not have any of the marinade reserved, melt 3 tbsp. of butter and
add 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Brush this mixture on each side of the pineapple slice and grill
    until browned.
