Polish Sausage with Cabbage and Beer
1 head green cabbage, coarsely chopped
2 Tbs. caraway seed
1 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage
1 can beer
water
Recipe
Combine cabbage, caraway and sugar in a large pot. Top with sausage. Add beer and enough water to cover. Simmer uncovered over medium heat until cabbage is tender. Drain and serve.
