    Stuffed and Smoked Sausage Fatties

    A patty is a 1 pound roll of breakfast sausage that you remove the
    wrapper from (leaving the sausage in a roll) and throw on your smoker,
    and smoke until done. It is then sliced into sections and served,
    usually on a biscuit or bun.

    Roll out the sausage, and lay chopped onions, peppers, cheese, or what
    ever sounds good, then remake the roll and throw the it in the smoker.

    This can also be cooked on the grill using indirect heat
