    hipotle Orange Glaze Pork Chops, submitted by senior center member, Carlene Russ

    -2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    -2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
    -1 tsp. chipotle, seeded and finely chopped, w/ 1/2 tsp. adobo
    -4 (3/4" thick) center cut pork loin chops (about 8 oz. each)
    -1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine in a small bowl: maple syrup, orange juice and chipotle. Thoroughly mix. Preheat grill pan. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with salt. Brush one side generously with glaze. Place on grill with glaze side down. Brush other side with glaze. Cook 4 minutes per side over medium-high heat until done.
