    Bundt Pan Chicken

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 (4-pound) whole chicken
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/2 cup chicken broth

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder,
    paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the inside and outside of the chicken with
    the mixture.
    Slide the tail end of the chicken over the hollow tube of a Bundt pan.
    Pour the wine and chicken broth into the pan then place on the grill and
    close the lid. Grill until no pink remains in the chicken and the juices run
    clear.
    Makes 4-5 servings
