    Chicken Parmesan

    6 chicken breasts (skinned and deboned)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs (fine)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick margarine

    Recipe



    Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Spread over each side of chicken breast. Roll up and place in shallow casserole dish. Spread remaining amount over it. Cover and marinate overnight (at least 6 to 8 hours). Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over chicken breasts. Melt margarine and pour over top. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees, loosely covered with foil.
