    2 Tablsp olive oil
    1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
    about 2 cups
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 pack LIPTON Recipe Secrets Soup9onion, herb or
    garlic)
    1 cup milk
    1 10-ounce refrigerated flaky
    buttermilk biscuits

    Oven 400°
    Heat oil and cook chicken about 5 minutes or til almost done.Stir in onion, carrots, celery; cook, stirring occasionally. Blend soup mix and milk ans stir in. Bring to a boil over high heat for one minute. Put in greased 2-quart casserole; arrange biscuits on top with edges touching.
    Bake 10 minutes or til golden brown
