    Cornflake Chicken

    Source of Recipe

    Macklinda

    Recipe Introduction

A different take on Cornflake chicken

    List of Ingredients

    Cornflake Chicken

    Kellogg’s Cornflake Crumbs and/or Kellogg’s Cornflake Cereal
    Chicken cleaned in eighths
French Dressing, any thick French dressing

    Recipe

Quickly run the chicken under cold water and pat the outside to remove any excess water.
Place the chicken in bowl, and coat with French dressing. You want to make sure all of the chicken is covered with dressing. Cover the bowl, place it in the refrigerator, and let the chicken marinate. The chicken can marinate anywhere from two hours two twenty-four hours, depending on what your schedule permits.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Pour the cornflakes crumbs (crushed cereal or packaged crumbs) into a medium size bowl.
Take the chicken out of the French marinade, and place the pieces into the cornflake bowl, patting the cornflakes until they completely cover the chicken.
Place the cornflake coated chicken in the glass dish and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half. (check the chicken to make sure it has cooked through by cutting into it)
