    Lemon Pepper Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (quantity is up to you)
    Lemon pepper
    Lemon juice


    Recipe

    Wash and dry chicken breasts. Sprinkle one side heavily with lemon
    pepper. Place pepper side down in preheated non-stick pan and brown.
    Meanwhile, sprinkle surface heavily with lemon pepper. Turn over and
    brown other side. Pour in lemon juice to about 1/3 inch deep and turn
    heat down to low. Cover and poach for 10 minutes. Serve hot with
    green salad or enjoy cold as a snack.
