    Low Carb Lazy Day Chicken

    Serves 4
    1 pound fresh boneless, skinless chicken thigh cutlets
    1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons onion flakes
    1 package low-sodium instant beef-flavored broth mix
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup water


    Recipe

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Spray a shallow casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, onion flakes and instant beef-flavored broth, mixing well. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot.
