    Pecan Chicken

    1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
    MAPLE-DIJON SAUCE:
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

    In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika
    and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture. Place
    in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30-35
    minutes or until juices run clear. Combine sauce ingredients in a
    small bowl; serve with chicken.
