Another Broccoli Salad

Since my favorite cooking show>>Cookin' Cheap has been "dumped" as Larry Bly says, by PBS, I have to go to the Roanoke news site for his recipes and entertainments ideas!
List of Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli, dipped in boiling water for a count of 15 and
quickly chilled in ice water. Chop in small pieces (include peeled
stems).
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices thick bacon, cooked crisp and drained and crumbled.
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
1/2 to 3/4 bottle coleslaw dressing
Recipe
Mix all ingredients, chill and enjoy. Equally good the second day. Serves 6 to 8.
