Bacon and Potato Salad Recipe

4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed $ .40
1/3c. mayo @ $2.84 qt. .20
1 T. Dijon mustard .10
2 t. balsamic vinegar .10
½ c. chopped green onions .25
1 small onion chopped .35
½ c. chopped celery .30
½ jar chopped cooked bacon .80
1 t. salt & 1 t. pepper .05
1 t. celery seed .05
Total for 4 to 6 servings: $2.60

Cook potatoes until tender, cool and cube. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar together and toss with the potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
