Cheryl’s Potato Salad Recipe
5 lb. bag potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
8 dill pickles, chopped
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, diced
32 oz. jar Hellman's mayonnaise
1 medium onion, pureed
1/2 c. pickle juice
1/4 c. French's mustard
salt to taste
Paprika
Combine potatoes, pickles and eggs in a large bowl, set aside. Make dressing by mixing next four ingredients. Pour dressing over potatoes and toss to coat. Add salt if needed. Top with Paprika.
