    List of Ingredients




    1 Head of Romaine Lettuce, rinse, cut off bottom then pull off leaves
    2 tomato, sliced in wedges
    1 stalk of celery, cut at angle
    1 carrot, clean and shredded
    2 hard boiled egg, sliced
    2 oz. thin slices of boiled ham, cut into strips
    2 oz. slices of turkey breast, cut into strips
    1 oz. slice of Swiss cheese, cut into strips
    1 oz. slice of Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
    1 cup of Croutons (they come in flavors too)
    Your favorite low calorie / fat free salad dressing,
    Mine is Creamy Caesar-Parmesan



    Recipe



    Take a large bowl mix together the lettuce, celery and carrot into the
    bottom of the bowl. Then slice the tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, set
    aside. Take the ham, turkey, the cheeses and slice Julienne style.
    Toss with your favorite salad dressing. Pour on Croutons. Serve in
    separate bowls with whole wheat crackers and a drink; hot or cold.
