    Gringo Chicken Taco Salad

    Crispy white corn chips: Generous handful (crumbled optional)

    Hearty portion of organic spring lettuce mix

    Scoop of chopped red tomatoes

    Scoop of chopped white onions

    3 oz shredded blended cheese

    1 or 2 shredded chicken breasts (slow roasted with various herbs and spices)

    3 oz mild taco sauce

    3 oz chipotle white sauce

    Process: Place chips on plates. Spread lettuce evenly over chips. Place tomatoes and onions in separate corners. Place cheese in center. Place hot chicken over cheese. Top with taco sauce and chipotle white sauce. Preferably scramble all together and enjoy.
