    Ham Pasta Salad

    1 can (20 oz.) Dole chunk pineapple, drained reserving 1/2 c. juice
    1 pck. (8 oz.) medium sized seashell pasta
    2 oranges peeled and chunked
    1 red pepper, Julienned
    1 1/2 c. cubed ham
    1 c. shredded or Julienned carrots
    1 c. peas, drained
    1 c. cashews

    DRESSING:
    reserved pineapple juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 T. dried basil
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 T. grated orange peel
    1 T. sugar
    dash nutmeg

    Recipe



    Cook pasta per package directions (cook a little less for al dente) and drain. Combine salad ingredients and toss well.

    Stir together and toss into salad. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
