Light Blue Cheese Dressing

In a blender or food processor, combine half & half, mayonnaise, yogurt,
cheese, vinegar and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before
serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
Note: To use as a dip, reduce half & half to 1/2 cup.
