    Light Blue Cheese Dressing

    In a blender or food processor, combine half & half, mayonnaise, yogurt,
    cheese, vinegar and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before
    serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

    Note: To use as a dip, reduce half & half to 1/2 cup.

    Nutrition per 2 tablespoon serving using Fat Free Half & Half:
    Fat 4 g; Cholesterol 5 mg; 55 Calories.

    Nutrition per 2 tablespoon serving using Regular Half & Half:
    Fat 9 g; Cholesterol 14 mg; Calories 91.
