Minty Pea Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mint, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stir in peas and onion, until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
