    Susan writes: "Fabulously easy, delicious, and I have no idea where it came from. My mother heard about it, gave it to me and I pass it along. It's best if made 24 hours before serving."




    List of Ingredients




    Frozen peas
    Sour cream
    Cashews
    Celery
    Green onions
    Salt/Pepper


    Recipe



    1. Put frozen peas in a large bowl (approximately 1 cup per person).

    2. Add sour cream, just enough to coat the peas.

    3. Chop celery and green onions (1 per serving) and mix in with peas.

    4. Salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Put in fridge, stir occasionally as peas thaw.

    6. Just before serving, mix in fresh cashews.
