    Seared Tuna Salad with Sesame Dressing

    4 oz Tuna Steak
    1/8 cup olive oil
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

    Sesame Seed Dressing
    ¼ cup salad oil
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sugar
    ½ teaspoon sesame seed oil
    ¼ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
    Place all Ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth


    Place oil in Skillet medium heat.
    Salt & Pepper Tuna
    Place Tuna in Skillet and Sautee until it is cooked rare
    (About 2 Min on Each Side)
    Salad Preparation

    4 oz Fresh Spring mix
    2 oz chow Maine noodles
    6 slices mandarin oranges

    Place All Ingredients in a Mixing bowl and Toss
