    Shrimp Salad

    1 pound cooked shrimp
    1/4 cup white muscadine wine vinegar
    1/2 cup of olive oil
    1 tablespoon of Seafood Blend
    3 green onions, diced
    1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

    In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and spice blend. Place shrimp, tomatoes,
    scallions and feta cheese in a large bowl and toss. Pour oil and vinegar mixture over
    shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve chilled.``
