2# Salmon Filet
2 Cup Soy Sauce
Marinade
1 Each Lime
1 Each Lemon
1 Each Orange
1 Table spoon Sesame Seeds
.5 Cup Cilantro
¼ Cup Sesame Oil
1 Bunch Green onions
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
¼ Cup Honey
Salad
1# Baby Field Greens
1 Each Avocado
1 Each Cucumber
1 Each Medium Red onion
Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
10 Each Clove Garlic
½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
¾ Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix ingredients for marinade pour over Salmon filets and refrigerate for 24 hours
Roast garlic in aluminum foil drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt at 375 degrees until brown and tender
Place garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in blender on medium and drizzle oil in slowly, make sure garlic is cool, or the vinaigrette will separate
Seed and slice avocado, cut cucumbers into coins, and thinly slice onion.
Remove salmon from marinade and slice thinly with a sharp knife
Toss greens with vinaigrette, lay avocado against the greens place cucumbers, onions on top
Lay sliced salmon on top
